COVID Terms and Conditions

 The Birth Space will continue running COVID Safe classes in accordance with WA Health Regulations and National and State directives.

All attendees agree that if they test positive to COVID, they will NOT attend their session. As soon as possible, they will make contact with The Birth Space so alternative arrangements for your class. Refunds will not be given.

You have the option to;

a/ Reschedule for a different group class at a later date

b/ Upgrade to a face to face private class held in your own home at a later date at an additional cost of $350 above the group class price

c/ Upgrade to a face to face virtual class via Zoom held at a later date at an additional cost of $200 above the group class price

d/ Transfer to the Hypnobirthing Australia™ online course Hypnobubs with a 90 minute private one on one session to be held face to face or via Zoom. A partial refund of $200 will apply from the group class price.

If the WA Government imposes restrictions which means a scheduled group class will not be able to occur face to face, the course will be offered virtually via Zoom. Where possible, these will remain at the same date and time as the previously scheduled class.  If Renee Bradfield of The Birth Space is unable to attend the session due to COVID regulations, a suitably qualified Hypnobirthing Australia™ Practitioner will take the session in her absence. In the unlikely event no Hypnobirthing Australia™ practitioner is available to cover the scheduled class, alternative arrangements will be made.

 If the attendees decide not to attend a course that is running either in person or virtually, no refund will be offered.
